The successful applicant will work across every department in the festival and come out with a rounded understanding of big event production and extensive knowledge of how to satisfy a capacity of 5000. Specifically you will work across festival enquiries, recruitment of volunteers, branding and promotions, programming, administration, production and logistics, and communications. You will be a right-hand wo/man to the festival coordinators and be able to offer creative ideas and solutions, as well as having an eye on the aesthetic and understanding of good design.
You will answer to the central festival coordinators and will need to be motivated, able to deal with high pressure and willing to take on the boring jobs as well as deal with the exciting challenges that come your way.
We’re looking for a person with a demonstrable set of existing skills who is also keen to develop new ones and is quick to learn. You need to be reliable, team-focused, fastidious, diplomatic and totally dedicated. It’s a big ask, but the experience and knowledge gained are their own reward. Internship for Office Assistant/Creative Assistant to join an office for a Photographer in W1, London
Looking for someone enthusiastic, creative, hard-working and intuitive. There is potential for a full time position following the three month internship for the right person.
Role will include general office duties plus some photoshop/indesign/capture one/Microsoft office/final cut assignments so knowledge of all or any of those would be essential. The successful candidate would ideally have worked in an office environment previously or had some experience in working in the creative field.
Working in an office environment and also out in the field, the candidate will report to the Office Manager and work efficiently to deadlines. Knowledge of Apple Mac computers preferable but not essential. A large part of the roll involves admin and archival duties but the ideal person would be flexible to ad hoc jobs also.
