Plus developing concepts, modelmaking, research into materials and manufacturers, screen printing, concept boards, organising design events, growing our social media channels plus helping in a whole host of daily activities.

Our internships are unpaid and are for a minimum of 3 months. We cover all lunch and travel expenses.

We are currently seeking a Junior Designer to join our Corporate Communications team. Following brand guidelines, the Junior Designer will be tasked with rolling out a brand across print and online media including marketing materials such as press ads, marketing brochures, newsletters, e-marketing and websites. Although not initially a conceptual role, the ideal Junior Designer will be a creative designer with a strong appreciation of layout and typography and with good attention to detail. Requirements • A minimum of 1 years professional experience and a working knowledge of guidelines. • Experience working within the luxury hospitality sector would be advantageous. • An excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is required, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. First Image is looking for a creative graphic designer to work closely with clients and external production companies on award show graphics for leading publications within the business and consumer sectors.
 You will need strong skills in layout design, typography, administration and client liaison. Working knowledge of After Effects is desirable, however not essential. Within your role you will follow each design from concept and production to technical operation of the graphics at the award show.
 As a result you will be working closely with clients, production houses, audio visual suppliers and set designers. Excellent team working, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. You will need an understanding of how to design to corporate guidelines and be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The live events themselves are mainly situated in London's top hotels and there will be some late nights involved during the award season. We seek an experienced nightlife photographer to cover a variety of events at a prestigious nightclub in South-Essex.

Frequency of work is a min of 2x shoots per calendar month. Shifts are (typically) Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays between the hours of 9:00 pm & 3:00 am.

Rates of pay (pending hours required) range from £25.00 (for a 45+ min session) to £100.00 (for a 4+ hr session).

Applicants must be able to quickly edit & upload images to our website. Delivery is (generally) required within 12 hrs of shoot completion.

This is a freelance (non contract) position. Creative guidance & technical support is available on request.

Applicants must have:

• Previous nightlife / club photography experience (samples required).
• A high end digital SLR with a dedicated external flash.
• Interchangeable lenses: (1) A standard “portrait” / zoom lens (2) A wide-angle lens.
• A full UK drivers license & access to a vehicle.
• Access to a computer (for off site editing) & a broadband connection (for upload).

Successful candidates will cover a rich variety of events at various clubs and bars, uploading edited images to the Licklist network. There are no sales involved and this is not a commission-based post!

Applicants must be able to service A13, A127 & A12 corridors. We have secured commissions available in the following areas:

Basildon / Billericay / Brentwood / Canvey Island / Chelmsford / Colchester / Epping / Gants Hill / Harlow / Horchurch / Leigh-on-Sea / Loughton / Romford / Southend-on-Sea / Wickford / Woodford / Loughton.

A majority of assignments are to be undertaken on Friday’s & Saturdays, between 22:00 hrs & 02:00 hrs. However, limited weekday work is available.
