As a mid-weight frontend developer you will be expected to have an excellent grasp of best in class front-end mark up. You will perform day-to-day production tasks including strict XHTML /CSS / JavaScript build, testing, compliance work and reporting evaluation. Lead developer status on certain projects is also a realistic opportunity within an appropriate time frame allowing you to develop your skill set quickly and to a high standard. It is essential you have strong understanding of the Internet, web 2.0 technologies & the reasons why they exist. Obviously the ability to hand code HTML, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript (using Jquery) is essential. An enthusiasm to learn XML & AJAX to a high standard is also essential
